Vicky Smith is an INLPTA Neuro Linguistic Programming Trainer, qualifying people at Practitioner and Master Practitioner level, as well as training NLP Psychotherapists.  She is also a UKCP registered NLP Psychotherapist herself and a qualified Coach. She has a Masters Degree in Organisation Development and has over 20 years experience in the field of international organisation and people transformation, offering corporate development solutions, executive coaching and facilitation.  She heads up a highly experienced team of equestrian professionals, who collectively bring years of experience across a multitude of disciplines.  She set up Inspirational Riding Solutions in 2006 and has been successfully helping horse lovers to rebuild their confidence ever since, working with 'happy hackers', semi-professionals and professional riders.

Frances Wilson has a wealth of experience as both a rider and trainer of both horses and people. She has competed to Prix St George level dressage and previously evented to intermediate level, as well as having been National Quadrille Champion for three consecutive years. Frances is a registered British Dressage Trainer and a BD Trainee Judge so gives excellent, correct and focused training. She offers a sympathetic, horse-centred approach to riding helping you to unlock your horse’s full potential, and really enjoy your time together.

I just wanted to say thank you again for the course it was really interesting and helpful, especially in an event that happened a couple of days ago. I was on a hack with a couple of friends and we were trotting along a field when one of the horses got too excited and started to go sideways and backwards. However, there was a ditch filled with water behind and the horse slid backwards into it with her rider. The rider managed to scramble up from the ditch but the horse was stuck. Long story short we had to call the fire and animal rescue service to get her out and spent 6 hours in A&E. Luckily both horse and rider are fine and are resting for a few days. It was a very terrifying ordeal but when it happened I used the breathing exercises you taught me and used my anchor in order to focus on calming myself and everyone down and concentrating on what needed to be done. So thank you so much for your help.
